If I can arrange for a group rate at a hotel, who would commit to booking there? If you can commit, please post and include the range for the nightly rate you would be willing to pay.

If people are interested, just post in here and I will make a list as well. I don't know what they will want, but my guess is a minimum of 20 rooms per night before they make us a decent deal on the rate.

I'm interested in 1 night stay they night of the 14th. And I'm sure I have several people in the PHX AZ area that will want the same. Ill see how many I have going as well. Thanks

Does anyone know which hotels in vegas are lowered car friendly? Meaning, the driveways and entrances into the hotel. I don't want any scratching issues.

I some hotels even have huge speed bumps to watch out for.

At this moment. I know of 3 - 4 rooms needed for AZ people.

UPDATE:

GM of Fletcher Jones Toyota in Sahara agree to the event! So we'll have meet & vendor booth area there. I've heard there are big open area to use, so I can wait!
