TRD Exhaust and Aero

Does anyone know if the TRD exhaust system (oval tips, not quad tip) maintains the stock aerodynamics? I am wanting an aftermarket exhaust, I just don't want my rear end to start lifting on the track. So far Borla is the only company that is producing a diffuser for their exhaust and I am not yet convinced of their quality.

I have the USDM TRD exhaust. I haven't been on the track yet, but at spirited highway speeds the rear of the car feels well planted and stable. I do have trd spoiler and just added the OEM like diffuser. I did see a diffuser that mounts on the TRD exhaust on this website, maybe Carson Toyota or Nigel-JDM?

I think the diffuser will only work with the quad tip TRD exhaust. I'm not all that into it myself. I would only get it for the diffuser. But thanks for the info. Glad you are happy with yours.

Exhausts like the FT86SpeedFactory V1 have a muffler that looks very similar to the stock muffler. I would think the aftermarket exhausts that have 2 mufflers really mess with the aero more than others, but the ones that are a big single muffler don't look like they'd effect the aero too much.
