Flexfit literally gives me headaches, they squeeze the life out of my big head.

I always wear it backwards so flex fit or fitted are all i will wear. the l/Xl are awesome I got a big head too 7 5/8. I was actually going to go the local lids and have one made. The 86 logo on the back centered and the FR-S on the front. Black on black stitching on a new era blank.

New Era has a custom builder for hats where you can specify what colors you want for your panels, stitching, etc. I'm thinking about doing that with just blanks (except for the NE flag) and seeing about getting a custom embroidery done. I saw lids does custom designs, but will they work with a hat you give them? Or do you have to use their hats?

I think theirs, but the blanks are cheap.
