Got my new wheels and tires going on. As well as HPS pads, DBA rotors, Stoptech lines and Motul fluid. So now it should now be the twisted sisters monster it should be, now just need to figure out the power situation.

Quick review on some new modifications I installed and have been cruising around on for the last few weeks. Yes, they are mainly cosmetic...which I usually dont care for. Some are overpriced (TRD), but I was impressed more than I anticipated.
JDM TRD Door Stabilizers: Expensive!!! Easy to install. Noticeable more firm door close with "thud" sound. Substantially decreased wind noise at highway speeds. Increased chassis rigidity...I dont know/think so. They do look sharp though. Subaru OEM Auto-Dimming Mirror w/ Homelink: Nothing special, does what it said, should have been stock. I believe its an option on the BRZ's out there. Decreases clutter of door openers and eliminates glare from headlights (our cars sit very low). Full LED's TapTurn/Switchbacks: I missed tapturn blinker function from my VW R32, this upgraded blinker relay module replaces the factory one directly. It allows for adjustable blinks 3,4,5, or 6. And it allows for LED's and switchbacks without the dreaded hyperflash. Eliminates having to install annoying resistors and suck. LED's in the trunk, dome light, license plate and reverse backup bulbs much brighter and more pleasing spectrum of color. Overall, I am pleased with these overly expensive and cosmetic modifications.

I got my car tuned today at ddpr in sealy, and Jason did a great job tuning my car. Great customer service, and real clean shop.
Got a baseline of 171 and tuned to 188

Easy, not really sure why people on different threads have had such issues. I tend to take my time and am probably overly cautious with most things I do, but if you have the right tools...simple.
Impact driver with rubber mallet on each of the bolts located on the chassis side to release blue locktite and then socket wrench/phillips head bit. Then replace with TRD kick plate and remember to use new TRD bolts. The door side is simple/straight forward and utilizes the OEM screws for the bracket, followed by the plastic shim snapping into place.

Wow, no one is chiming in! It must be lonely in CC...nobody at all to play with???? We've been having some pretty good size meets up here in the S.A. area.

Ok so maybe i'm late to the party, buy I just have to say this. If you guys aren't using [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0000AY69V"]"the absorber"[/ame] to dry your cars, you're missing out!! I bought one and tried it for the first time yesterday after the run. I've always used either a chamios or microfiber towel, but this thing takes the cake! No annoying water spots on the glass for the first time ever. Love it!!
