Hey Guys,

The OP got what he wanted, a refund, albeit not on his terms so he decided that he would ask his Bank for a charge back which is also ok, everybody gets naked...

So case closed, right? Probably not, because racecar or something else...

What more do you want us to do? Apologize some more, ok, we sincerely are sorry for this misunderstanding, for the pain inflicted, for anything else you can think of, again!

Mods: is this a vendor you want on the site? Hell, I'd pick up whatever they're paying per month to save others from having to deal with a customer-adverse, delusional vendor. It ain't about the money.

Pretty sure they're breaking the vendor rules but it's all good. I'm sure they've lost more than a few potential customers.

I'm done here. It's clear, to me at least, that I placed an order with morons and I deserve what I got. Using a conflict thread to further advertise your product -- wow. Professional bunch over at TWM.

Wow. I removed the advertising as it wasn't needed in here. Instead of changing your business practice (which is not standard for anyone I've ever dealt with in any industry ever) you just posted advertisements instead. I think the remaining posts will inform potential customers of this policy (and others) so no need to reopen.
