Front control arms
Well we finished the front adjustable control arms this weekend. We made a few finally changes for the front arms which are:
-offset bushings for the primary arm -bend to provide more steering angle clearance -spacer set for up to 2" of RCA movement We are sending the arms out for powder coating now, they are full 4130 chromoly, and the tapered rods are getting zinc plated. The full arm with hardware weighs about 5 ounces more than the OEM arm. We are currently working on the rear upper arms and I am pretty excited about them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

An important question to ask is, the way you've designed the offset bushing on the front arm to line it up with the outer ball joint, will this increase or decrease caster? Just looking at the pics alone, it looks like it decreases caster because the ball joint will move the knuckle further toward the rear of the car. Of course I could just be dyslexic.

Adjustable toe links, part installation and weights
We finished the toe links a couple weeks ago with the adjustable rear control arms, adjustable trailing arms, and rear end links. We made a small change to the tapered rod, and did not want to post them up till we had the updated design completed.
12L14 cold rolled steel hex stock with 5/8 LH/RH rod ends, tapered studs provide a perfect fit to the hub and we use hex stock again to eliminate extra fastners. We will ship out the tapered studs to be zinc plated. These Will provide strength and durability for all customers looking to have great handling from racing to street. We will provide custom tapered rods for those guys that want the capability of bump steer adjustment. Be aware that it will impinge on the e-brake cable. Currently there is roughly a 1/2" of height adjustment this would not be enough to properly provide the range required. We should have the rear upper arms completed this weekend and will update again then. If you have any questions feel free to PM or email: info@racerxfabrication.com ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If all our competitors had this kind of quality, I'd be more than happy to compete. Keeps everyone on their toes and prevents us from getting complacent. Great to see another solid option for customers.

Are the toe-links adjustable on the car without removing an end? It looks like it might be based on the link itself being a hex, but without seeing a left and right thread I can't see for sure.
