I think the modified site said that e85 wasn't allowed for the mods done to the car. Need to verify.

E85 is allowed, but not leaded fuel.

I wanted to do E85 but didn't have the funds for injectors lol. So I went with 100UL instead.

I have the exact same sound but I have not had a moment to investigate the source. Your description is exactly what mine does too. If I find it I will let you know. Hoping to find it this weekend.

Next time you hear the noise put your hand on the passenger headrest and hold the seat. Mine rattles and that stops it. I need to take it in but ive putting it off.

Are you FI? If you are NA injectors are not needed.

Anyway, I think E85 is stupid because it costs more, gets shitty gas mileage, makes mediocre performance per dollar when you look at how much it costs over time, and its hard to find because people don't want to pay more money for less efficiency.

Its generally cheaper. When gas prices were pretty high a few months ago I was paying around 60 cents cheaper than premium. Fuel economy is lower yes. One of the other other forum members calculated he would pay $400 more a year in gas.

To me that was a good balance with not having to mod anything and get a good kick in power.

E85 is an awesome fuel for making lots of power, but it's not economical to produce or run, and I happen to think that making it from food is stupid.

That being said, if I had a turbo, I'd have a tank full of it right now.
