I disabled the driver and passenger seat belt warning on my car using techstream. In the "customize" page, it's under "warning". I got mine from ebay for $25, worth every penny

Its the same setting for both of them.

They are separate, you can choose if you want to disable the warning on just the driver side or vice versa.

Thanks. I didn't know this and they only disabled my driver side since I didn't specify...
