I just saw that ecutek did some serious updates for the FR-S/BRZ. Hopefully they will filter down quickly to Dynotronics. The folks in John's thread are raving about it.

I need to get my datalogs going or get to that dyno session coming up.

Also if anybody is looking for a brand new BRZ at an awesome price, PM me and let me know. I will direct you to a cool dealership.

There have not been any Ecutek updates. Ecutek is the software that tuners like JV and I use, but the files we create are based on our experience and drive. JV is a great calibrator, but does things a bit different than I do. We build each file for each customer, one at a time, and update that particular file based on the data from that car/ customer. John, having a bit more volume( God bless him, I would be going insane), works of a bank of data and makes broadcast changes, with minor adjustments for customers with issues.

If you get me data, you will always get the updated software, and any changes to the race rom feature files with every updated file.

Btw, Matt, I'll port out the beta e85 file for you this afternoon. We were trying it on a track car this weekend and WOW!

I was just going by a email Ecutek sent me, saying they did some updates to all the software and the base racerom. I like that you are more of a custom tuner. Now I know the difference between you and JV.

Cool I am working on my data logs. Did some data logging yesterday. Just need to do the 3rd gear logs for you.

Was out at Ivy Rooftop when it started......Looked over it The Next day. Thought I was spared until I saw the hood......3 noticeable dime size dents......oh well guess it's time to upgrade.

Most of the aftermarket hoods are heavier than the stock one

Well lets hope we dont meet up. My SWP BRZ is full of little dents, chips etc. The front lower of the bumper doesnt really shine much anymore. I like to think it shows I drive it, battle scars if u will. If its a small enough dent try the paint less dent repair.

Lady backed into me today at work. Oh the joy of waiting for it to get fixed now..... :/

drivers side fender for sure will need replacing, and probably the bumper. Lights made it out completely unscathed.

Damn Brutal! It's rough out there. I am glad I got good places to park, because I know peeps don't know how to park and drive.
