So mad at my self today...
I parked too close too a curb pulling in to a bicycle shop. Sure enough I scraped some paint on the bottom of front bumper. You can only see it if you get on your knees.
I wonder how much it will cost me to get it touched up. Ughhhh this sucks. I just don't want it to get rust in the spot and then work it way through rest of paint on bumper.
Any suggestions?

Oem touch up paint from the dealer is 15 bucks per bottle. But if you plan on getting a lip kit in the future. I wouldn't worry about it.

True didn't think about that...
Yeah I'm just going to take yellow paint off my bumper and maybe do a touch up or prime. I'm just worried about corrosion you know.

Plastic doesn't rust so you'll be fine. It's cosmetic damage only and won't matter if you leave it that way. I've used touch up paint on mine already and it helps. Another great way to protect the paint is to get 3m (or similar) paint protection film. Sean at Guardline in Puywallup Washington (which is a long drive) does a full front wrap. Local shops like Alexia's in Beaverton, does a standard clear wrap for $500 or $300 for less coverage. Aside from that stuff, you'll just have to use touch up paint or just have the part professionally painted when it gets bad enough or there's enough rock chips to annoy you.

It was the side. The touch up paint helped make it almost unnoticeable unless I told someone about it and where it was at.

I've been trying to work my way up to a manager type job but companies always want experience, but can't get experience unless a company gives me a chance. Damn chicken and egg!
