I might try to do that now that you mention it, the current button is just too big for my liking.
the question is, where do we get a button to fit and match for it? i have been looking since we were on page 1 and found nothing

That is the million dollar question =/ I will go look around at some local electrical stores and hardware shops and see if I can find anything.

Okay I was looking around for parts, primarily the trim around the switches, because I am going to need a few spares probably considering the few different methods I want to attempt.

I found this over at villagescion
http://www.villagescionparts.com/sho...sembly=1103614

The part numbers are listed for most of the items around that area. Then a few ideas struck me.

The first, perhaps we could order another switch like the dimmer that is in there, put in the blank place and wire it up for fogs. The only issue I see is the switch is a dimmer and probably wouldn't function exactly how we want it to.

The second. We could order another trunk button and dremel a hole for it and place it beside the current trunk button. Of course it has a trunk logo on it, but maybe that can be removed?

well Nigel's harness has a fog switch that matches and is same dimensions so im sure you could find a button without a trunk logo

Nigel's fog switch is larger than the trunk button. you can compare the two here:

Checkout autozone, they have fog switches, stalks, and dimmer switches from duralast. You will have to find out the dimensions in order to do it with existing FR-S hardware.
