The tuner can decide the speed threshold that it kicks in at as well as the RPM increase (within the allowable range). I don't think they can change anything else.

Can someone elaborate on how it almost kills them? I thought clutch had to be in for it to blip?

Correct,

Autoblip is done on special request and is suggested for TRACK ONLY use.

Usually on off ramps. May be coming in fast with cars in front of you. Then when you go to downshift you would get a massive rev that you were not expecting but you aleady just dropped a gear so it would surge you forward. It was pretty freaky when it did happen which was not always or when you forgot it was on. I like knowing what to expect from the car car, always. Its not a good thing when you get something thrown in there it can catch you off guard. I love the other race rom features.

To be safe you can put nothing on map one and racerom features on other maps. case solve

1: 91 Tune
2: 91 Tune with Race Rom
3: E85 Tune
4: E85 Tune with Race Rom

Problem with that is the car doesn't remember what map it's on.

The best solution is my mechanical map switch.

Then the car always knows what map it's on

!
