The comments for your order are

UPS TRACKING#1Z81A5390344341650

I could text you a pic of the "box" it came in but it made it here ok so it's not a big deal I just think the shipping is a little overpriced.
Thank you Joe,

I will speak with our shipping dept as this is not acceptable, In any case I am glad it arrived ok. Had it not of course we would have sent a replacement.

Thank you for your order

I just got mine in from http://libertyautosubaruparts.com lastnight.and as the other member stated it was $12 for shipping and the box it came in was huge.I could probably fit in there or atleast my whole hood. But it was wrap with a ton of bubble wrap. Kind felt bad for all the trees that had to be cut for that box though

Definitely should have been standard equipment.

Anyone with one of these, and doesn't mind taking the time to record dimensions of the piece and posting them here?

I want to use the bump image I saw in another thread as the image for my trunk lid liner

Got the kit and installed it a couple days ago. Really gives the trunk interior a much more polished/finished look.

Definitely should've been stock, or at least a dealer option.

A worthwhile PLUS is that in addition to dressing up the trunk it also keeps the trunk cooler ( Insulation)

I just got mine from Subarupartsonline...shipped in a long square box and the liner was folded in half and creased.

When you hold it up to the light you can see it cracked along the folded line. Are they all like this? Looking at the installed photos, it seems as if it needs to be bent a little bit when installed anyway.

As you can see in the photos of mine here it was not creased, and there is no fold in it. I will say after it was installed though it has formed a crease where it bends and now fits much closer to the trunk body.

If there is any issue with it please let me know as we will get you a replacement.

Car arrives Saturday afternoon, I'll try it out first and report back. I'm hoping because it was creased in what appears to be the exact spot it folds in Dad's pictures, it might be OK. UPS flattened the box since there was nothing in it to support it(naturally).

It arrived very quickly btw, and I got an extra clip too

Update to the above post:

After the piece was installed you cannot tell that it was perforated along the crease...I'll keep this one. Thanks for the offer to replace it, but I won't be needing it.

Factory part actually has TWO pre-cut horizontal creases in it so it will conform to the trunk lid. You can see them in the photo below. Got mine on eBay and it came shipped flat in the Subaru box with the push clips. Couldn't figure out how something flat would fit until I looked at the back side and saw the factory cut creases. Installed in seconds and looks great. BTW, the factory box weighed more than twice as much as the trunk liner itself.
