Flame is important for us who live life a 1/4 mile at a time, nothing else matters. But I imagine they only come out if you aren't granny shiftin and are double clutchin. Otherwise you might blow the welds on the intake.

I don't think I'll be posting MPG ratings on this one lol.. I don't feel like driving slow in this car anymore..

Let me give you guys a fun fact of my night...

I broke traction at 80mph.

More "testing" tomorrow.

Drag strip trials today.. Best time all day was 12.2 @ 127, best 60 ft all day was a 2.0. LOTS of traction issues due to street tires and wheel hop. All in all I'm satisfied for the first day out. Lots of room for improvement. More results to come!

That's the same trap speed that accelerated performance hit on their 11.3 sec run.
