Consumer Reports did a track test of the BRZ with wider/lower tires and achieved "record-setting performance".

I am a regular at the my gym. I love to exercise and stay healthy.

Ever notice those guys that look HUGE (look like they would be 220) and get on the scale and weigh 180? Yeah, they forgot to get under the bar and squat or man up and deadlift. Not me.

If you have any fitness questions, I love to discuss that as much as cars, shoot me a message.

I might have to take you up on that. I've just joined the gym and cut almost all of my gut out. Now i just have to add on 10 to 15 lbs. 5'11 185. Is my "goal' not huge, but just lean and in shape.

That's where I am right now (except not lean nor in shape).

I need to get into 175 for me... well, that's my goal anyways

I work with software and project management...certainly not an author, but I appreciate you asking.

I only said I had a 2002 LS1. That could be a few cars....or an engine swap in another car.

Set your goals high....I always wanted to be 190lbs. Then 200lbs. Etc...

Learn proper technique, really master the mind muscle connection and most importantly; work hard. Anyone in the gym who looks decent busted their ass in the gym and had a relatively good diet.

Lift like you want to be a bodybuilder, lift like a maniac. I will never look better than 'decent' but I try and workout like I am a pro. Once you get into it, it becomes an addiction. Like I said any questions let me know...I have some decent lifting knowledge and a base understanding off dieting.
