I'm down to meet, so long as it doesnt rain. San Ramon/Dublin area is cool.

If you guys come down to Dublin I'll come meet up. I don't think I want to drive all the way up to SR. I drove to Pittsburgh early this morning to help my brother buy a 10AE NB Miata he's been jonesing for!

Thanks for the joy ride @vubaru you may made me stick with the avo kit for my next upgrade, warranty be damned. Too bad for the shitty weather, maybe next time.

Wait till you ride or drive it in the dry.

Faced with the choice of AVO v. Warranty, I picked AVO. It helps that I justified away my warranty by saying I had already done an E-85 tune. To my fiance I'm all "but Honey, I've already voided the warranty."

This was the first time I got to drive it in the rain since the turbo kit, and as expected, the rear end was far more playful with boost. I took it very easy, though, since my Kumho Ecsta's suck in the rain. Missing those PSS's.
I can't wait to see it!

Could the AVO kit come with a dual intercooler kit, utilize the foglight areas? Or a single pass side intercooler?

Not to turn this into a Norcal AVO thread (but its is "off topic") I've been doing lots of research on this and it is possible to do so but it will be a custom job. Some have used the side fog light sections for oil cooler placement (HKS, I believe, something I'm thinking of doing when I do go the AVO route to avoid having to be infront of the FMIC). The more Subie way is to go top mounted+hood scoop (...only half joking...)

You mean not joking at all. TMIC ftw. Haha
