I have a 2011 with the 5.7L and an FR-S. The jeep's quick enough given the size and weight, but the FR-S is quicker from the take off. The jeep just can't move that much weight quickly. With both being autos, they'd probably be neck and neck in a straight line. While my JGC handles much better than most SUVs that I've owned/driven, the FR-S handles much better. Curves are your friends!
The SRT-8 would toast it in the quarter mile.. and handles decent, too.

I had an 01 Wrangler for a while...by far the worst vehicle I've ever driven on the street. The only advantage was that two people had totaled their cars running into the damn thing and you'd have never been able to tell by looking at the Jeep.

Haha gotta learn to pick your battles. FWIW, that particular thread is a clusterf*ck, not even sure why someone brought up the Griffon concept or what that's supposed to prove.

Way different, lol. I kinda miss having the ability to haul some stuff, but I have friends with trucks who like beer :happy0180:
Before the Jeep I had a 92' eclipse turbo before the jeep...once I hopped in the FR-S it quickly reminded me of those days. Although I decided on the AT, I'm having just as much fun as I did with my eclipse.
