Soooo... I am little confused here... I assume something plugs into the triangular socket correct? FR-S has nothing similar to this. I am following @Moto-P guide for repinning, but I want to make sure I am not skipping something.

Yes, this is the full housing with ballast and bulbs.

@woodlee are these lights the EDM or the JDM? ....also does it say what temp color the HID is? thx

They are the EDMs, I ordered through @nigel-jdmparts on his website and I just chose the LHD option. From there they took care of the rest.

Let me take the bulb out again, I don't recall seeing a temp on it though.

i think i read somewhere they were 5000k but since you had in your hand just wanted to confirm...by the way very jealous they look super clean and im sure your going to love them once installed...can't wait for the pics

He ordered the LHD spec and it comes with OEM HID which is 4300K.
Most of the factory bulbs are 4300K in general.

If anyone are looking for upgrade, we have the Philips Ultinon bulbs from Japan available on our website.

It is 4300K from factory.

@nigel thx for the link...those 6000k D2S HIDs would be perfect imo...also went to your site sooo awesome, kid in a candy store...which option was the headlights option 3 or option 5? Thanks in advance

actually the gt86 and brz HID use d4s bulbs. if you wanna go 6000k the d4s ultinons would be the way to go.

Option 3 only have the housing with HID and LED.

Option 5 come with the headlight leveling ECU and Sensor for the leveling.
