Proper care after Opti-guard?

Just got my car opti-guarded and looking to keep its shine or pro-long its shininess as long as I can. Whats a good recommendation to do this? Two bucket wash? A good pressure washer n dryer? high end micro fiber cloths? Optinum No rise (has this)?

PS. If anyone would kindly to recommend of to where should i get my microfiber cloths from? Autozone kind made my baby has swirls....

wash with unicorn jizz, wipe it with unicorn skin and polish with unicorn fat. that'll make your car sparkle like Edward in Twilight.

That being said, i'm sure AutoZone didn't make your car swirle, you did. Even if you get the world's best microfiber cloth, if you let dirt in it and wipe on your car, you'll get swirls. I get my cloths from Walmart, cheapest microfiber clothe but i keep it real clean.

Oh you're supposed to use unicorn jizz? And all this time I was using big foot jizz and baby's fat.

And with that being said, I did mentioned I used two buckets wash /w grit guard. I'm sure there is a difference between cheap mc cloth and those good ones. Anyhoo if you have any real tips I would love to hear, other than that move along. Thanks for dropping by though!

See if your opticoat installer will show you the proper upkeep methods. My installer does this as well as sells opticoat products for maintenance and has a very nice selection of microfiber cloths.

Keep in mind this stuff is not bullet proof. Im getting a new frs because of the lemon law so figured I would see how it holds up. Taking it to a well known car wash the car has scratches on it after the first wash. I also tested a California duster I had and the same scratches are there already.

wash regularly (at least once a month) with either 2 bucket method or rinse-less wash (the Gary Dean Method with ONR is what I use)

decon once a year (iron-X or clay or both).

I get my MF towels at microfibertech dot com. They have a good selection and at good prices. The korean waffles weave is probably the best for drying. I tried the garry dean method as well using ONR, and I'm happy with the result. Took me half the time of the two bucket.

Good wash towels, optimum no rinse with or without wax, if the cars super dirty the traditional optimum car wash. Good drying towels and you are set forever, it's that easy
