Has anyone else encountered angry drivers because they don't know the joys of owning an affordable sports car that is drop-dead sexy?

I kid you not, they legitimately only did this because I'm a young, 18 year old Jewish male driving a nice car. It's sick. I wish I had my GoPro in it's mount at the time. I take it out and put hide it under the seat when I get out of the car and forgot to put it back in.

It's sick how terrible people are.

Wow, that is really is disturbing then. At least you kept your cool and didn't wreck or do anything to provoke that moron into doing something even more drastic.

PS: What you described is assault and vandalism, and carries a potential for a hate crime classification, you might want to consider filing a police report.

It's just frustrating that it wasn't hooked in at the time. It only takes a second to turn it on and start recording. I'm now going to get a dash cam wired in and on it's own seperate battery hooked into the alternator. I've actually seen the car in my town three times before and I have no doubt they'll do something more drastic if they ever see it parked someplace because I have the one of three in town and it's an incredibly easily recognizable car because of what I've done and my easy to read VESPER vanity plate...

Dude go pick up a Blackvue dashboard cam. I got mine for this exact reason.

the dashboard cam is only gonna record what's in front of it. If OP parked his car somewhere and those civic drivers did something behind the car, how can that be recorded?

Ok. Something isn't right here. You're saying that you were innocently driving along and someone pulled up next to you, saw that you had a large nose, and based on that and that alone immediately dispensed with a slur of Jewish insults? In Oregon? Because you're young and have a large nose?

Sorry, but I think there's a few pieces missing. I'm a 35 year old Jewish male and in all those years have never had anyone even hint at identifying me as Jewish based on my appearance.

I don't get why people insist on speeding up to get away from these kinds of situations.

Slow down and pull over. If they pull over with you, then keep going until the next exit and park in front of a popular store or other extremely public venue. Speeding up is just going to make them want to chase you.

Last time someday said what they said to me, the kid ended up in the hospital. I never took politely to it. And people say Antisemitism is dead...wake up and smell the racism.

Seriously. I live in McMinnville and there's some pretty ridiculous people in this town...
