It was mentioned earlier and the numbers analyzed earlier. True numbers from that dyno run are around 235rwhp.

Also, from what I understand, this was an early dyno. The one we're waiting on should be a bit more refined as well since Visconti had a deeper understanding of this engine and how the ECUTec software works with it.

Besides, we're expecting him to push the kit a bit more..

I see ... everyone was like "there are no numbers" but actually there are some.

BTW I digitized the plot and added the corresponding torque curve. So here's something to look at until John posts his #'s.

If this kit can't make more power than the Vortech, well, need I say more?

Actually, I will say more. If it can't make more power than the Vortech, then I've got a brand new Garrett GTX2863R that I'm gonna put on; sacrifice a little response for MOAR POWAH! I really want an S/C though

Id still take this over a "belt driven, alternator bracket mounted turbo". All it needs to do is give slight bump and smooth out the powerband.

I really wished you guys stopped posting these fake dynos charts.
It gets people excited to see a chart just to realize it's just some random guess.

Random guess? The dyno sheet above is the one I obtained from Bullet Superchargers in Australia, the people that developed the kit and who Innovate are distributing in the US on behalf of.

For everyones info, I am in contact with Bullet, for two reasons. 1: They are the sole distributor in Australia and New Zealand. 2: They are the kit, so any new information should logically be gained from them first.

I'm not so worried about what a tuner in the states can get on the dyno from this kit; this seems to be what everyone is stressing over. Of course a tuner is going to be able to get better numbers than a base tune. No offence to John, but there's such a tone on this forum that hes the 'god of tuning'? I don't know of him much at all to be honest, maybe he is.

Bullet haven't even confirmed to me which setup the above graph is for. I hounded him to get the dyno, and when he sent it his words were "Here you go, off to Salt Lakes for top speed runs, be back in two weeks.

It's obvious that there's plenty of hard-parkers that will look at the even the above graph at write it off, but look at the power at 2500rpm, its significantly higher. Do you know how good that's going to be for a daily driver, pulling out of intersections and the like. And its not like the power falls away!

I'm hoping to hear back from Bullet in the next couple of days, as I see by their facebook page that they're back in Aus now. (Either that, or they uploaded an old video)

Am I going to get the kit based on above? No. Why? My 3sge beams in the ae86 put down similar (actually marginally more) torque, and similar hp on a similar dyno, but all motor, no supercharger. And its not like I spent big money on it, a Toda Head gasket, ITB's, and extractors.

I've still yet to decide if this motor is even worth sinking money into. At least a Beams is a Toyota motor that is basically an advanced 2000cc 4age. And they're cheap!

Only concern with the Beams is prob have to dry sump it to get the height in, but seeing the cost of these FI kits, dry sumping a beams isn't all that bad.

I would put money on the fact that the reason information coming public about this kit has paused over the last couple of weeks, is because the Bullet guys were at the Salt Lakes with another project. Being the actual developer of the kit, he would have requested to either be the one to first release info, or at the very least be availble to be contacted when information is released.

Clearly people that have seen results or no more info are being censored (or being asked to show restraint), which in my mind further confirms the above.

If it's stage 1, then that's not bad at all. John said he was impressed with both stages. Just hoping stage 2 has MOAR powah!

Edit: Just thinking about it now.....if this were stage 2, it shouldn't need injectors and a pump for that power level and from what I understand, stage 2 includes injectors and pump.

Personally, I think that dyno chart looks great. I'm waiting for torque numbers and tune for hopefully 220whp on stg 1. That would be AWESOME.

Compared to the vortech dyno, the Innovative dyno posted above is:

1) MUCH more smooth power band. Vortech has a higher peak horsepower but it lower elsewhere.

2) Complete obliteration of torque curve (look at how smooth that power band is!)

Those above things are exactly what I'm looking for in a supercharger.

If it doesn't make as much than the others, that's OK, becuase IMO it looks like a much smoother graph. And, Visconti's comments about it feeling like a "punch in the gut" really get me excited!

All I'm really waiting for, is for them to give the confirmation on CARB legality. They mentioned they're looking to make it legal for racing and in cali/australia so I have my fingers crossed for that
