I wish. my grandfather bought it in 64. msrp 2300.00. My aunt and dad drove it growing up and I had lots of awesome childhood memories in that car. Some collector offered him a good chunk and I tried to convince him to let me match the offer to keep the car in the family he said it needed too much work. I didn't speak to them for a bit because of it. I mean 1 owner...o.g. 2+2 fast back? I still don't get why he let it go to a stranger. oh well. I hope she's in some elite garage right now.

I have a pic of it with my 98 stang in my albums on here and a pic of it in its original condition in the 70's. Tan was an odd color but that red looked soooooo good

It bothers me too when someone in the family sells something great or very sentimental for some quick cash.

My cousin almost traded her original Mustang for the current 10' Mustang she has now. Thank goodness she didn't. Cause since then my father has been throwing around the idea for her to sell her Mustang to me.

Anyway I'll have to take a pic of my cousin's Mustang the next time I see it or when Easter comes by.
