what color would look good on Galaxy Blue Silica? Nothing crazy no gold or white lol something classy and simple. anyone have pics?

Went with 225/40/18 dunlop direzza dz101. I know I know of what we talked about through the phone about these but I got a killer deal on them from my buddy at the tire shop and couldn't pass on the deal.

I just found a great deal on tires..

Pirelli P Zero Rosso in 225/40/18 for less than half price. They are $109.. down from $227 on tirerack.

Cheap but look at the reviews, you might get 15k miles out of them.

Most summer tires are around 300 UTQC rating.. so like 20k miles.
The stock Michelins are 220.
These Pirelli's are 220.

I wouldn't spend $200 a tire on 220 wear ratings, but I think for $95 you can't go wrong.

get whatever color is available, then powdercoat/paint them whatever color you want. a whole set of xxr's and powder/paint is still about the same price as 1 really nice wheel...

have you ever had them? I went thru a set in 6k miles, they are loud, hard riding, bad grip, uneven wear. sidewalls started getting cracks after like 6 months. Spend a little more and get some Hankook V12's. I got like 25k miles out of mine and loved every mile. Sumitomo HTRZ III are good tires too just get very loud.

I'll try out the Rosso's. I already got a tracking confirmation from TireRack, so it's a done deal.

They have a warranty, so i'm sure if they die in 6k miles I should be able to get a credit back for 1/2 price at least.

Anyone have experience with Kumho Escta SPT's? I'm thinking about a set of 4.

Also, do you need to source/buy hubcentric rings for XXR rims? Do they usually come with them when you buy?

Last, if I buy a set of XXR 530's you'd need to buy new lugs?

I've usually bought from known shops or Tirerack in the past and they usually sent everything I needed in a package. This time I'm thinking of trying XXR's. My first time of this type.
