Sure. Snows and wheels are still in their original packaging from Tirerack so there isn't much to see. Let me look into what they cost.

Just repriced it on TireRack. Looks like ~$1400 is the total so given that they are brand new and still in the packaging and stored inside, I would think $1,100 would be a more than fair price.

I would easily love to buy this for that price but You live all the way in PA and I don't know if the car will pass california emissions

It will, there are no special models of the BRZ for California. The car is 50 state emissions legal.

The car is 50 state emission compliant, it will pass with flying colors.
