I will be scouring eBay to purchase one of these training manuals. This is history and I want to own a piece of it...along with my car.

don't get your hopes up. that whole section is just a general FAQ for people interested in customizing. it just basically tells you what the specs mean for wheels in general. i don't think it means the FRS will have 5x114 necessarily

guys honestly most of the pics the res is too low for me to read and translate it. also mostly everything seems to have been leaked already. only new info i've gleaned so far is there are alcantara/leather seats available on high grade models as an option, and that they tuned the induction noise for better sound.
the last few pages are from japanese car mags such as best car and xacar, and it's hard to tell what is based on speculation and what is based on fact. best car speculates that the toyota version will have softer suspension than the subaru but still moves really well and is comparable to a cayman. they also speculate that aside from the already known 6MT and 6AT, there will be a transmission available called "aMT" but they don't know what the hell it's gonna be. possibly double clutch? they also speculate that a 500 unit limited edition model will be available at launch, but they have no idea what it will include. take all that info with a grain of salt. |

Awesome info provided!
5 x 114.3 isn't a bad bolt pattern. It's the same used by Accords, RSXs, etc. With such a large aftermarket wheel product line available, it will be easy to source out custom wheels (unlike my current bolt pattern of 5 x 120). |
