There will be a group discount with 10+ people. Good job guys, 1 more at least for group discount! The track WILL be reserved for our group ONLY.
12 People max on the track per heat (Will be split into two groups if we get more than 12 people showing up.)

Time for the event is 7:30 PM BUT we MUST be there at 7:00 PM SHARP!
Prices are still TBA; I will be calling in the manager tomorrow to get more details.

Just had a chat with TBC today and It's $400 + HST + Helmet Rental... for up to max of 24 people. I have already paid $250 deposit for us to reserve the track for us only.
Obviously the more people come to this event the cheaper it is for each person! So invite your friends and families!

The event time is 1930 Hours (7:30 PM), BUT we MUST be there at 1900 Hours (7:00 PM) for briefing/suiting up. So don't be late!

The session is for 30 minutes, obviously we can split it in two if we must (15 mins for each race) or we can go for the full 30. Depends on the amount of people we get too.
(Max allowed on the track is 12 people, if we do get more than 12 people we can split the group in two. More details upon arrival...)

If we get max of 24 people I do believe we get shorter races per person if we split the group in two for 15 minutes each...
But if we don't get enough people we have more time each person but also means we pay more $$$... Hmmm... This is my understand anyways.
