We need a STICKY on E85 (FR-S/BRZ/subaru engine-specific) for people looking into it, regardless of whether they're going N/A or FI.. Mainly because searching for "E85" on forums usually turns up empty.

If i can do E-85 is it just a no brainer? what is the science behind it. Is it only a turbo thing, or would all cars benefit from the e-85

Thanks for any input....
If you're boosted you absolutely should run E85 ASAP

High octane fuel for the price of 91/93 with only a small drop in MPG

There are several advantages to running E85 but in short it allows you to push the car further from a tuning perspective which results in more power. And who doesn't love more power? :happy0180:

If you have a boosted car and have easy access to E85, it's a must to run E85. You'll get big time gains running E85 because it allows you to run more boost/timing plus it has a cooling effect. I wish they had E85 everywhere. That stuff is amazing.
