Asphalt frs this morning on the 405 by seal beach at around 7:25am?. I sped up to wave but you didn't wanna slow down :/ you were going 80+. I high beamed you for a split second to get your attention but I don't think you noticed. Tried to keep up but I had to exit 7th street.
