Damn I did not see you...That light was crazy! And I was trying to look for you. Because I was mad lost. The only thing that saved me was the BRZ navi and the iPhone 5 maps app...(lol)

Oh yeah and one of Joes cats jumped up on my hood and tried to get all cozy with it. Jay's optiguard protected it flawlessly!

Thanks Jay!

Anyone had the time to take a look at those new rear differential mount support braces? I think Beatrush and Cusco make them. I have spoken to a friend in Denver with a BRZ that installed the Cusco one, he said the transmission/shifting is noticeably stiffer/sharper with hard acceleration. Not sure if he has any of the other Whiteline, Perrin, or Cusco shifter bushings, supports, etc.

Thoughts on the Rear Differential Mount Support Brace? Worth it? Install seems straightforward.

I will check it out.
Just installed Joe's Dynotronics 93 octane tune. Everything went flawless. Now I just got to drive and then find a place to do some logging.

I got a question to y'all BRZ folks. I can not get any of my computers (all windows 8 64bit and one xp 64 bit) to read the sdhc card so I can check for updates in the navtoolbox.

Is it because it only supports reading external card readers in 32 bit os's?

I thought I kicked 32 bit OS's to the curve a long time ago. I bought a new card reader thinking it was my built in reader. But the app won't detect it.
Any of y'all folks had this problem?

I think to get updates we have to pay money. I dont think u can update it yourself sadly. I know for some of the older models its over 100 bucks to get a updates. I assume that goes for us. What I would say is if you havent gotten the nav update from subaru schedule a time to get it done.

No there are free updates and features. But the major map updates are not free. I was talking about the free stuff and the firmware updates to the navi.

When you run the NavExtrastoolbox software, and if it can read you card, it will connect and tell you what updates are available, including the free ones.

The NavExtrastoolbox software is also what you use to make a backup of you card. If you lose that card and have no backup, you have not Navigation.
