But i dont even use them. They are secured without the tape

What should I use to clean the surface before taping I remember putting some interior protective wipes and tapes etc won't stick to it

That's too bad because I don't have heated seats in my BRZ and I can fit a full plaque just like the FR-S. I'll be going with the YoSpeed BRZ plaque in black.
