Lebron has definitely grown from last season and really worked on the little things in his game which clearly is finally paying off.


While on the subject, there's been talk that L.A.L would try to pursue Lebron to join them, but will he? Will Dwight still be in a Lakers uniform due to his lack of production (just being a bitch, imo). Will Kobe stay for another year (he stated he'll stick around for 2 years now and think it over whether its the time to call it a career)?

I can only believe Lebron will only switch to a new team unless there's enough room for him to bring along his friends. Since Miami may run into some financial difficulties in the future to fill missing pieces for decent roster.

If the Clippers don't win a championship with their deep squad they'll either continue the curse or be talked about for a while.

If Nash can still play @ 39, I think Kobe could play until his late 30's as well. Those in the c/o '96, we're forever young (I'm the same age as Kobe)!

I honestly thought before getting Howard and it was confirmed after, that trading for him was a huge mistake. His attitude and child games will prevent him to be a franchise cornerstone for a long time (if ever) let alone the Lakers!

I also don't think the Clippers will be laughed much if they don't win. Maybe in LA, but the reality is even when they are loaded, they don't have much championship experience and usually you have to go through some growing pains before getting to the top... If you don't believe me ask Lebron

Yeah, I had high hopes for Dwight but those have already diminished. Shaq used to mess around but on the court you couldn't mess with him. Howard has the size and speed but he just doesn't know how to use it at the same time. Obviously he hasn't learned much from what Kareem coached him.

Well Lebron sort of had a good squad with the Cavs but no where near as stacked as the Clippers are and what Lebron has now in Miami. Cleveland just never fully built a good supporting cast and that's the GM n owners fault.

Of course you can play the growning pains role for the playoffs but most of those guys sitting on the bench have been there before. Honestly, there is no excuse for them not to go all the way except for injury.

Mmm, the Spurs don't seem that much of a threat to me even though they are sitting on in 1st. They might self implode just like last post season and the Thunder without Harden don't seem as strong as last season.

Healthy Spurs should take care of Clippers. Softer OKC are still better than Clippers. IMHO. Maybe I'm wrong, you have way more exposure to them than me, so maybe you have seen things I haven't.

In the playoffs rotations shorten a lot, so the deep bench is no longer a big factor. Playoff series is all about the matchup. Lets see how it all happens, but to be very honest with you, as a Heat fan I am more concerned with SA coming out of the West than anybody else (was concerned for the Grizzlies but they threw the season away). Clippers don't concern me one bit, and I agree with what you say, OKC is a bit weaker than last year.
