Wow, great results... so it's been the headers fault the dip in the middle.
Interesting.

More information on the modifications related to each dyno run!! Is this same as what Hawaiin posted earlier - baseline = headerback exhaust, middle line = header + headerback exhaust, highest line = tune + header + headerback exhaust...
Please let us know!! Midrange looks fabulous. |

Correct. Same as Hawaiian's post, just the detailed JPG as opposed to a cell phone pic.

Looks like P&L Motorsports and Nameless know how to make a header! Very nice results on both graphs to see that torque dip go away.

After seeing this and nameless, it makes you wonder why Toyota/Subaru couldn't have fixed the torque valley from the factory.

Additionally, The Ugly: Was just a literary prose. My friend with the MX-5 felt it was fine for a track car, but he could see with it as my DD, it could wear on me after a while. I do still use my built in car bluetooth for phone calls, but whenever I get on the throttle I'm always asked "what the hell is that?" To try to get an idea of how loud it is, I downloaded a sound meter app on my phone to test the decibel level in cabin. It peaked at 84, the same peak as before the header (It might be a limitation of the app, and the fact that it's not a professional meter), but the average sound level is consistently in the upper 70's/low 80's now, instead of the low 70's.

What exhaust is currently on the car?
What diameter is it? Are you still running a high flow rear cat? -Acree |

I'm currently running the full P&L header back with a high flow cat. It's a 2.5" system.

Probable something to do with emissions and tuning the engine to keep the cats happy. These results are better than I expected for the midrange for sure. It's almost tiny-turbo like midrange. Too bad it still kind of falls on it's face up top.
