Splendid! I tell you what...

I'm likely going to crash mine at Barber Motorsports Park or Road Atlanta this year and you've got dibs on my stuff if I do.

This all reminds me of when I got pulled over for the first time ever.... going 90... in a 25... LOL. Cops initial reaction "Sir please step out of the car, WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU DOING!"

Depends on the cop, my friend got a 10 over in a 50 zone, he was doing 60.

Lol.

However, you were doing well over the speed limit, if you were doing 50 (5 more in your case) over in Ontario, +Impound +Suspension + 5000 Fine

yeah to be honest I'm a lot less worried about a speeding ticket rather than getting caught doing something dumb lol

very true, i am too scared to even attempt to drift at such low speeds in residential areas in fear of my car hitting something.

I think the only thing ive done is gone to an empty parking lot at an abandoned mall and try donuts out in snow.

I would love to learn drifting but we have NO race tracks or courses here in the islands that I know of nor have I found an area with the sufficient layout and lack of people to allow this.

I'm not a lawyer but 20 years ago I was a "repeat offender" with a two-page driving record in Washington State. My list of offenses between the ages of 16-26 were from Reckless Driving all the way to 10mph over the limit and everything in between.

I can honestly tell you that I have had every ticket imaginable except a DUI, DWI. I have gotten out of some, used attorneys, not used attorneys, had the book thrown at me and spent one night in jail for drag racing in a school zone (left lane, >100mph). I have seen it all.

So does my experience count?

A lawyer is never going to give legal advice over the internet, especially to someone who doesn't even list the specific infractions he got ticketed for beyond the speeding ticket, and who seems to have a certain type of attitude towards the incident. Even if one does, it'll be preceded by "this is not legal advice".
