Tail lights fogging up??

ok, so yesterday we had quite a bit of rain and my driver-side tail light fogged up completely,
drove up to my dealer, he had one look and ordered a new one straight away (under warranty) he also had a look at the door window rubber wear and said he'll take it up with TSA as the amount of wear is unusual at 6 months.

Toyota SA is just useless. I've been waiting for my tail lights to be replaced since December 2012 when I logged a complaint with McCarthy Centurion. Eventualy no one from McCarthy Centurion was getting back to me. I then logged a complaint with Toyota SA two weeks ago. I received an sms from them but to this date no one has contacted me back.

Does anyone have any contact details to complain to TSA - someone in higher management as this is now ridiculous.

I sent them a query with regards to the Aero kit and they said they're not bringing it to SA.

You could try talking to Toyota Secunda, The owner is the Head of the TSA board, when i had my 0019 cam gear issue he got TRD there the next day and kept them there till my car was fixed, i did complain about my taillight yesterday so lets see what happens, will keep you posted!!!!

im on my 4th set they keep fogging up bad and my first set was half under water at one point
