For the tenacious, no road is impassable

This is the motto of Spyker cars, translated from the Latin "Nulla tenaci invia est via."

I especially love their interiors. The exposed shift linkage is wicked cool.

They may not be the fastest or most expensive or most adored, but they look special and this is why I want to test drive one some day.

Discuss.

I like that they're not overally chromed like Pagazni has been lately with the Huayra. It's more of a classier style. The leather trim reminds me a lot of the interior of Wiesmanns. If I were to try a Spyker it'd have to be the C8 Double-12S, love the long tail bodywork.

I think I may have had a think or two to do with this thread...

I absolutely love the C8's! They are super unique, they look fantastic, and the sound they make is incredible. I hope that I have the ability to purchase one in the near future.

Love their cars but they will be another upstart coachbuilder that goes down if they don't get a transfusion soon.

I always loved that quote. One of best Latin quotes I've ever heard.

Maybe you're on to something. I have loved everything about the Wiesmann cars since the first time I saw one. My girlfriend loves them too.

And yes, your signature got me thinking about Spykers.

I am with you. From certain angles the cars can look... awkward. I don't dislike their exterior, but it's something I need to spend time with before I make a final decision about living with it. They are definitely unique. I appreciate how they are doing their own thing.
