Makes sense, kind of like a wind down. I guess I'm just still pumped or something haha

I've been working out lately and good lord does it suck. I know those people who are like, "I get [almost] a high when i work out-- it's wonderful." I'm sitting there like, "Are you f*cking kidding? When i work out, i want to die." It sucks so much-- the only reason i still subject myself to is because of the disappointment that arises from every glance into a mirror.

Also, i just weighed myself last night, and i weigh 5 pounds more ever since i started working out. The f*ck!?

I suspect I'll gain weight rather than lose it as well because I've never really been in much shape, just relatively skinny and soft. So pretty much no muscle. Since muscle weighs more than fat, as soon as I start replacing what little fat I have with muscle I should gain weight. I'm not looking at a number though, I'm going for appearance and feeling better.

As far as the "high" sensation, I wouldn't go so far as to say I feel amazing afterwards. But there are some nights when I workout I feel pumped up at the end, out of breath, but can't stop grinning. Pride goes here.

When I ran track in high school people talked about "runner's high" and I had much the same reaction you did.

Why is it that people talk about how there is no perfect car, yet argue with each other about buying the car they want?
If there was a car that nobody would argue about..would that be considered the perfect car?
i dunno..just a random thought...
Personally id love to see this spec sheet hit the market..

300hp@8000rpm 280ftlb@1200rpm
4Door
2800lbs
AWD - FWD electric assist, RWD sportmode - 30/70 split bias
50MPG combined
0-60: 5.0 sec
60-0: 100ft
low CoG
Partial Zero Emissions
5-Star Crash rating
High quality sport luxury interior
100 hour ultracapacitor charge
and...starts @ $39,995.00

That spec sheet is a complete implausibility, which is why there's no perfect car.

I'm 192[as of last night], you can have some of my weight. There should be a machine in which you can transfer body mass from person to person. [sans cannibalism]

I'm hoping my [relatively small] weight gain is attributed to my newly high [in] protein diet mixed with exercise. I really don't look any 'fatter', if anything i look less so. But damn that scale.

Personally id love to see this spec sheet hit the market..

240hp@9000rpm supercharged 1.5L I4 ~150ft-lb, 7 speed close ratio manual gearbox
2Door, mid engine
2150lbs
RWD with "push to pass" assist on front wheels (rather than a primitive push to pass button, have full control over electric motor power)
40MPG combined (EPA test rapes manual transmissions, this config should have no problem getting 50mpg)
0-60: 5.0 sec
60-0: 100ft
low CoG
Partial Zero Emissions
5-Star Crash rating
High quality sport luxury interior (minimalist ala Lotus Evora)
100 hour ultracapacitor charge
and...starts @ $39,995.00
Yes, peak power at 9000. I want to hear it sing to 9500, don't much care how much power it's making.

Saw nice Honda Civic (5th gen?). Perfect drop, simple JDM parts & no blings nor fart can exhaust. That Civic, I totally would rock it!

Only problem was the driver. Crazy driver

Car looks good, driver is idiot
Car looks bad, driver is idiot

Loose, loose
