White drl and keep highs

I would like to get white drl lights without giving up highs. Whats a solution?

Hids I think would be your only option. But they take time to warm up. A couple seconds or so.

I was just thinking and a great approach would be to have the bixenons, and switch the drls and the turn signals so that the turn signal is in the headlamp enclosure, and the bottom lights are drls. That plus some fogs would look much cleaner overall. wonder if it could be done

not a bad price at all. Is it just a matter of pulling the high beam wire out of the stock harness and moving it over to the low beam harness? Wiring always makes me nervous lol
