have you submitted a ticket?

also, capture some datalogs and attach them to your ticket so that John can get a better idea of what's happening.

I would just start the logging and drive a few miles with different driving types. If you clear the code first you will at least know when to stop logging by the light coming on.

Did some logging after clearing the code. Didnt get it to come back on, logged two drive cycles.

Funny thing is all three times both P219A and P119A would come on.

Anyways i did some light driving, WOT runs to redline from 2000 RPM and just some idling. The idle is "bumpy" that is the best way to describe it. It will be okay, then a little burble that i can feel in my butt and through the shifter. Seems like the light comes on when it is idling only.

@Visconti i have uploaded the logs with high priority. Havent went back to stock yet incase there was something else that you wanted to try.

Saw two other people got this before googling the error plus toyota.
