Ah, I should have included that shouldn't I? You will need 48 millimeter stickers.

You can also purchase a set of stickers here:
http://3dcarstickers.com/product/toy...enter-caps_6y/

Since I am not keeping my OEM wheels I opted for the stickers as a temporary solution. They look surprisingly good, no one will ever notice unless they are right up on them. You can see a picture of my stickers in this picture:

I wasn't focusing on the stickers in the shot, but you can see them to get an idea how they look. They are not completely flat, but they are not as thick as the scion logo caps either.

If you decide to go with stickers you will need 43 millimeter stickers.
How certain are you that they're supposed to be 43mm? Some places I've been reading say 48mm, some say 43mm. Just curious, as I'm about to order my stickers.

Thanks!

They're 48mm. I got some custom TRD ones. 100% positive they're 48mm.

Let me know how the 48's fit for you. I altered my posts to reflect 48, but I almost certain I ordered 43's.

You can also buy just the back cover for the key directly from Toyota for just s couple of bucks. Not trying to take away from anyone's business but a better price is a better price.

Here's some pictures of how the 3D stickers (came from Ukraine!) came out. Designed a quick little logo for the custom sticker, uploaded it to the company, and they came about 15 days later. Seem pretty high quality, and I think they look great on the car!

48mm is the correct size for stock wheels.
