Do we have it where the ecu remembers what map you were on last yet, or do the latest tunes still require you to map switch at every startup? |

AFAIK pump gas and E85 tunes will remain separate. The flex fuel kit addresses that.
As for the ability to remember the last map, I think that may be something you'll have to live with for the foreseeable future. |

Thanks guys
Maps are still separate and Flex Fuel stuff is still in the works. It's hard to work on some of this stuff when I dont have a car. For the past month I've been working on my Flex Fuel kit for the GTR. The kit is now complete [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsyypLSZHZo"]Visconti Tuning Flex Fuel Kit - YouTube[/ame] Now it's time to spend more time on the BRZ |

Just today i got P0219A while idling. P219A: Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance As per Fr-S repair manual. Around Christmas time while it was -20C out i got P119F, after a couple days it went away. Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Intermittent Any idea's? I just flashed your newest ROM so they are obviously cleared now. Thanks, |

I'm in Texas and garage my vehicle so the ambient temp has been about 60-65º F when I start-up.
I've found that I have to press the gas pedal a few times immediately after starting or the engine will come to a stumbling stop. It's not a big deal. I let the car warm-up a bit and then turn it off and on again -- just to make sure the cams kick on properly. It's a hassle but it's worth the hassle.

Thanks. I'm trying to decide how lucky i feel. My coolant temp for cold start is generally around 7c. I'll probably try my luck and reflash my e85 rom as soon as this tank dries up. A new station opened up only 20 miles or so from me. Before that I would have to drive 70 miles (one way).
@Visconti - With the flex fuel kit, could one expect to see better cold start results by diluting their E85 fillups with a gallon or two of 93? |

You guys should install a block heater. That would probably help your problems with cold start a lot.
Cost would make up for it by being able to run e85 all year. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 |
