For any given bolt-on configuration, you’ll have 27 different maps to optimize your specific vehicle and for the fuel you’re using. For detail, check the maps thread, post #4… http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26134

We’re working the e85 and will release the maps as soon as we’re happy with them.

jack,

have you completed the required add-on for the flux 2 in order to run flex fuel? If so, please send me in the right direction to order the parts, so that I can at least have them ready for when the e85 maps are available.

Thanks

Do you guys plan to offer anything specific for the borla uel headers? Would that even be necessary or would the "all headers" catch it?

Industrial – while headers can certainly make a power difference, they don’t normally affect the calibration… the normal “All CatB” maps should correctly compensate for them.

Bakerr6… not yet… the plan right now is to offer a complete kit with all required parts. We’re evaluating several different options to find the best set up.

Last day for the member’s special… just sayin’…

Cheers

Depends. E85 breaks down if not in the right conditions and synthesizers into water. However, it would take a while before this would happen. I'll be running it with the flex kit

I might jump in, very interested.

One recommendation - please offer the wiring with a black cover/wrap. I don't want red blaring out when I open my hood. It just looks tacky to me.

Also - will there be an option for bluetooth access via a smartphone app? I already have a bluetooth OBDII reader paired with the Torque app. So the display unit isn't too important to me. I'd love to be able to switch maps via my phone.

I plan to fix mine with a roll of electrical tape.

I'd go split conduit instead. Looks more factory and won't leave sticky shit

I ordered my kit. I'll probably run down to Home Depot and pick up some black conduit. Either swap it or get some slightly over-sized and wrap it. My car is black and my PasswordJDM strut brace in black comes in tomorrow. I just don't want anything loud showing when I pop my hood. I like clean/subtle and simple.

Also, is there any issue in mounting the Unichip unit to the injector driver unit instead of the fuse box? It would keep it a little more hidden.
