I know that most tuners can update your tune based on the datalog you send them, but in your opinion how accurate would that be as opposed to putting your car on the actual dyno to update your tune?

I always thought actual car on dyno is best, but if a tune update can be made off the car just as well or accurately, then that will be even better bcoz I dont know how cooperative my local ecutek dealer/tuner would be if I went to him asking for a dyno tune....but with a licence that was purchased from overseas.

I think its better then a dyno tune. The reason i think so is because street pulls account for the humidity, street, altitude, and a few others more accurate.

If you read into each of the threads for each tuner (Perrin, Visconti, FA20Club) from the tuner them selves directly and customers that have bought and reported feed both suggest a tune will provide you more results than intake or exhuast.

The tune will bring your car to life, your overall power band smooths out and you instantly have more response and power from the motor.

Based on multiple threads on here the argument is that Intakes so far prove not very worth the money in terms of bang for the buck.

I have all three mods, I would firmly say based on my experience the tune was and is the best mod I have done to the Car.

Just my 2cents!
I agree tune first all the tuners accept datalogs and correct tunes based off your setup. I did the opposite and got an exhaust first because I didnt know any better. And as stated above I have all three mods also and I would def say the tune was best bang for buck. and off topic but screw and exhaust get your suspension next lol.

if you want an intake the perrin intake tube and foam filter dyno 1hp less than the cai. and is 100+$ less no tune required

Tune and put some character on your car with those JDM exhaust tips or the ones from Perrin.
