Until yesterday i was thinking that no way i will buy this car coz of lack of power!! but when i see the car now!! the style of body kit is killing me!! i will be in a very difficult situation next year!! either the 370z or the ft-86! |

They are seperating the WRX/STI line from the Impreza line and most likely increasing the performance and price much like the GT-R and Skyline. Why would they sell a car they need to spend more on production and sell less volume on (WRX/STI), when they could sell a car they share production cost with Toyota and sell more volume and make more profit? |

![]() WRX/STI separating w Impreza to keep Impreza in eco area vs WRX/STI keep it in same sports area. WRX/STI won't increase the performance or price than current WRX/STI |

Why would you compare the cost of a new car to a used car?

No TRD short shifter kit huh? That's a shame, as I had one on my 2000 GT-S and it was a great piece of equipment. I suppose maybe you would have to get Subaru's SPT short-shifter possibly, as it's going to be needed to tighten up that tranny if it's made by Subaru.
I ordered a lot of stuff from TRD back in the day, my Kazuma exhaust, rear strut tower bar, short shifter, i believe the fuel door was a toyota motorsports item (a $300 fuel door, i'm crazy). All pricey, all in Japanese instructions, but well made. |
