MexByWheels, thanks for posting about your experience with SRT ~ I was really liking the sound of their exhaust and now I'm reconsidering.

Hope you get your exhaust soon!

They still have not sent me the overpipe for the automatics. I think I am going to sell my exhaust. If anyone in Houston Texas is looking to get an exhaust on the cheap let me know

Thanks MexByWheels for posting, I would encourage anyone out there to post unscroupulous practices by companies out there,.and they ARE out there.......I went through pretty much the same deal as you but with some other bandits that used to post on this forum regular,....once the bast**ds had my money they suddenly forgot who I was.....same deal with phone calls and emails.....I didn't want to post but was encouraged by a site monitor,......SO GUYS ! The monitors have our backs on this forum and thats pretty cool. My only mistake,....and my recommendations to others is only go with big name guys and ones that have been around for a long time,.....if you think about it any two bit small garage can post stuff and make a web page with so called products with pictures ....so beware!

Sorry to hear. Didn't havr any problems reaching them for my headerback and I got mine before a bunch of people on their list but I'm starting to think it was cause I called them a lot I quiring about it.

As much as I love my exhaust I rather have given my money to a company that plans to support the community and platform in the long run which was the original vibe I got from them after speaking with Mo.

Boo SRT

If u buy, pay by credit card only. And make sure its dispatched with in a week. After making police complaints, bank fraud complaint and BBB complaint, they have responded by posting the Item Yesterday. Tell them this issue and also tell them if you don't get a mail from UPS regarding the dispatch of ur exhaust with in one week then you will initiate a charge back on ur credit card. If u really like the exhaust then order it wisely you don't have to be polite to them.

True. Borla has best customer service. I ordered UEL headers in december. They informed me the production will take place in January therefore there is a delay. Got them on 20/01/13, which is quick considering manf. and shipping. Recieved another little packet from them yesterday containing 2 bolts. Literally two bolts, well, that means they do take their reputation seriously. And they sent them on their own without me contacting them.
