If that is your question, it is the same question we have been asking for decades. The mfrs always release special editions, parts, etc to the JDM that we never get. This is why me and @switchlanez have had to donate our kidneys to be able to afford all of the various STi, TRD, etc bits that adorn our cars. |

Why not bring it to the USDM? I want special editions of JDM cars here. Maybe I can't afford them, but at least BRING THE PARTS TO THE US SO WE DON'T HAVE TO HAVE CONNECTIONS TO GET 'EM

Yep, welcome to my world.
Every other country on the planet gets all the limited/special editions of these cars for decades and will continue to. I would have loved to have been able to go out and buy an S204, R205, BRZ S, etc.. |

).

I use STI to denote Manufacture trim levels (eg WRX STI, Legacy STI)
I use STi to denote the Tuning Shop. (STi Sport Package, tS badging "tuned by STi")

The proper way is to write STI. This is how all of the newer stuff is in print, etc. But the main logo is and probably will always be STi. Hence my reluctance to change.

Its been a big gripe for me when people refer to STI as the same thing as the Subaru Tuning Shop vs Manufacture Trims. Ichi knows all my rage..
There was a Subaru Impreza WRX STI STi for sale, and its not redundant. probably the reason why they recently replaced it with tS badges aka.. Impreza WRX STI ts (tuned by STi) or Legacy tS..which is not the same as Legacy STI.
