With all due respect, it may not matter for you because you were the tester/test fitter? (I ca't recall). For everyone else on the other hand, shelling out $1,300 for an exhaust system that could potentially be heavier and has no graphs to show any gains is simply a gamble, and a very expensive one at that.

Someone needs to weigh this bad boy and get it on a dyno ASAP. I wish ARK would have done this themselves.

I'm sure many more people would consider this system if it wasn't so shrouded in mystery.

(In all likelihood I doubt it is heavier, but I'm just playing devil's advocate here)

They did dyno it and somebody posted the charts. You would have to research this forum and find it. Can't remember who posted this but I would be confident to say ARK performance did. For anyone looking for a cat back system the reality is they will all give you the same ballpark HP readings. So like I said it doesn't matter because cat back system is pretty much sound preferences. Now if you were to get a titanium system then that is different because they can weigh in extremely low. But you are correct they should weigh their system due to demand but still the reality is people chose their exhaust based off a sound quality that is to their preference. Also yeah your correct I was a tester for them but if the end outcome wasn't to my liking I would just sell the system and get something I liked but this isn't the case. I love the sound quality of the exhaust and would recommend it to others. Weight only matters for guys who track their cars religiously and if this was the case they wouldnt get a duel tip exhaust to to added weight. As I canyon run my car I will stick to what I said and weight doesn't matter to ME.

Damn I wish I could find that thread...a search for "ark" revealed no results. It's probably not tagged. Can anyone link it if they've seen it?

The thread was deleted because "Ark" was not considered a vendor on here. They did post dyno graphs that showed roughly 5 HP gains (if i remember correctly) and said that the gains will only get better with a front pipe/overpipe

I may be selling it, but it would REALLY help if I could see someone install a burnt tip Grip (or DTS) on a Whiteout FR-S or SWP BRZ. I just don't know if I want to introduce blue into my whole white/red/black color scheme... Please post pictures ANYONE!
Are you still happy with the burnt tips? I am in the same situation with a white/red/black color scheme and I am not sure if I would like the burnt tip. I was thinking the polished tip would keep the look classy and I don't want my car to look riced out! Also, I just read on another thread that the tips are fading and losing the burnt finish.
