Angry Issues With @Swift Racing Technologies Help Me PLease!!

I bought a header back exhaust from @Swift Racing Technologies in december 2012. Since I have paid in full they have stopped contacting me. I have sent 5-6 emails in last 4 weeks they haven't replied to a single one. Called them 50+ times in last 2 weeks nobody answers the Phone. Tried contacting Them via their fb page, no response instead I was told to send another email as they haven't recieved previous ones, when I was replying to their original emails all the time. I ended up getting blocked from their FB page.
Tried contacting Mr. @Mo Chaudhury and no response yet again and ended up getting blocked again.
I live in sydney and have no contacts in Beltsville, MD USA. Can anyone please walk into their shop for me? Next time you visit Sydney, there will be an 86 waiting for your Airport Pick Up
They are forum members here so they should contact me after reading this post if they care about their reputation. I bought passes to go to Bathurst 12 hr event held on 10th february 2013, I bought exhaust well in advance but I won't be able to go now with my stock standard car. I am expecting @Swift Racing Technologies to sort this out ASAP. Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.

They kind of disappeared from the forum . One other member had an issue with his exhaust and couldn't get it sorted out recently.

If I were you, I would initiate a chargeback with my credit card company and start looking for a different brand. What you are describing is ridiculous.... Being blocked from their page? 50+ international calls and no answer? emails unanswered also.. WOW!

^ get your credit card charged back. Go buy from a more reputable brand with better customer support.

I've driven a BRZ with a SRT catback (he actually had it installed at the shop in Beltsville) and it has a great sound, but it's actually quieter than my non-resonated Perrin catback. I don't know what kind of sound you're looking for but, there are several companies with great offerings.

It took SRT a good 4 months to send my cat back after a full payment had been made. Trying to communicate with SRT was...slow. To say the least. When the cat back arrived, fitment was off, and it drones. I love the sound at WOT. However, between the drone at cruising speeds, and the fitment issues, I am most likely going to cut my losses and purchase something from one of our more communicative vendors.

I would do what everyone is saying and request a charge back and get an ARK system or maybe another system that's your flavor.

Contact the State Attorney General's office or BBB. They along with others saw a huge market and decided to make a product they could make a huge profit on and apparantly have just started stealing at this point. Very sickening, hope it gets worked out.

Thanks guys, but I made a mistake and paid them via international bank transfer as this is the only payment method they offered me.
I contacted Bettsville Police department, they told me to lodge a report with my local police in Sydney and then Sydney Police will contact them, I don't think Cops gonna sort this out. If someone on this blog who lives around there, can go into their workshop and speak to them in personal,, that will be great, can email him/her all the receipts and previous emails between me and SRT.
Or second option, if I pay $100-200 to some mafia who can go and speak to them 'politely' about this.

I will consider Perrin or ARK once I get my money back. I have already received my Borla UEL headers.

This is exactly the kind of stuff that stopped me from buying their headerback system

Give the police in Sydney all the details, and give them the contact details and name of the police officer Bettsville to call. Sometimes it's a nice change of job for the cops to work on things with counterparts across the pond, they might actually get things sorted fairly quick - just stay on it.

and to think I was even considering SRT in the beginning... At least I know Nameless or Perrin won't let a customer down when in need. Same goes for FT-86 Speedfactory. Quality customer service goes a long way with products.

I would say the best thing you can do is see which other cars they are trying to start making party's for and let people on those forums know about the issues you are having with them. If they stay losing clients, I don't think they'll ignore to for very long
