I decided to wrap the dash trim piece in 3M carbon fiber Di-Noc vinyl. I still need to do the plastic trim on the door handles, on either side of the AC controls and the shift knob surround. I'm trying to figure out how to take those pieces off lol. Does anyone here know how?

Bought a pre-painted FR-S passenger side door handle cap (for $18) that I'm hoping to reverse-engineer to replace the driver's side key hold cap. I think the mechanics underneath could be bothersome, but worst case scenario I'll gut the cap of it's screw hole and use JUST the cap. Car should look cllleeeaaaan.

Installed my T1 side mirrors and rear fog conversion kit. That light kit was a pain, but looks great. Took me about 4 hours.

Over pipe, front pipe and cat-back should all be here by Thursday, along with drop-in filter.

Which drop-in filter did you go with?

Fit the Family in a Family Car!

Managed to fit my two daughters (12 & 6) to the back seats albeit in Lotus Position, demonstrated that BRZ is a family car in disguise to my wife and thus avoiding a family crisis, drove around 100 kilometers and came back without (major) noisy grumblings and with some shopping in the boot.

One small step for BRZ, a giant step for me cause the usual resistance from the other half.

Cheers for BRZ...

How does one take those pieces off? I'm thinking about painting mine to match the exterior color.

All parts are Perrin. Did the GB on the cat-back and Perrin got me what I consider a good package deal for the rest.

As for the exhaust, catted and resonated to pass emissions and keep the volume reasonable.

Finally put the JDM tips on from Japan and trashed the crap ones the BRZ ships with here in the US.

Start with the passenger side piece. Stick a small flathead screwdriver under the trim in the bottom right corner and pry out the clip. Then continue popping out the clips to the left. The 2 clips on the left were a bit tricky for me, but I just slowly wiggled the piece back and forth while pulling out, and it came out. Then the part that surrounds the stereo pops out pretty easily.
