All up including everything ~$470 will give my impressions and get @JP to compare it to his in std form

Brake master cylinder stopper is already in place and not counted in the above.

Plan is one area at a time.

Wheels - Done
Gearbox - Done with @JP help
Brakes - This weekend (stage 1 for fast road/light track)

Still to go in this order:

Suspension
Chassis stiffening/harness bar
Engine

So got the tools and jacks out today to fit the SS lines, TRD pads, speed bleeders and change the fluid. All up ~2 hours even working slowly and carefully.

First thing to note this car has the easiest pad change of any car I've worked on. If you wanted to have dedicated track pads and swap them at the track, nothing could be simpler.

Still bedding in the TRDs in double demerit season so no real feedback to report yet but initial impressions are of more consistency in pedal feel, when I can get to a appropriate area for testing (not a public road) I'll give more info.

Just looking at the hangers on the hel ss lines there are 2 holes as opposed to the oem which has just 1? Was this a problem for install?

Nope - all went together well, you will have to re-use the original locating clips so don't let them fly off into the distance when removing them (happens with the rears). other thing to be careful of is line twisting with the ss lines (Be prepared to wriggle them round so there is no tension where they run through the hangers).

Also, as an FYI - I kept the original rattle plates and wear indicator plates, if these are to be track only pads you won't need them (which looks better as you can see the TRD logos on the pads) I kept them for now but may remove them when fully bedded.

Hmm let me have another go at them, I couldn't get the retaining clip to fit back either on the rears so gave up
