I don't have nearly the size of list that many of you have had nor nearly as cool as most. Here they are and why I had fun in them.
1. The FR-S is definitely the top because of its all around performance and fun. Flies through corners, 200 HP should not be prefaced with "only", and this is only the beginning - I have barely scratched the surface with this car.
2. Acura RSX - love that VTEC sound and no speed limiter.
3. Thunderbird Supercoupe - OMG that car had grunt despite its heavy weight.
4. Nissan Sentra SE-R - Not a lot of horsepower, but, torquey.
5. Pontiac Sunfire GT - It had a short first gear and a touchy gas pedal (made it feel faster than it really was).
6. Buick Regal - wallowed like boat in the corners, but, with the 3.8 V6 - decimated more than a couple of ricers because they thought their Civics with fart cans were fast.
7. Lastly - Sienna SE - see above Regal - no one expects a van to be fast (surprise factor is even better than in the Regal).

These cars were fun to drive in this order...

- My 2013 Nissan GT-R pictured in my sig (REDICULOUS) 0-60 2.8 1/4 mile 10.8 @ 127...
- 2004 Mitsubishi EVOLUTION VIII (Tuned) with 400+AWHP/400+AWTQ... I ran 11.7 - 12 sec 1/4 miles in the EVO...
- 1991 300ZX TT (TUNED) with a dyno proven 548.9RWHP and 602RWTQ... Street brawler - I destroyed many peoples dreams with that Z at that power level...
- 1991 BNR32 GT-R was a blast even though it was bone stock...
- 2003 Subaru B4 (Blitzen/ STi) - Awesome daily driver... So much fun in the rain... It has the VDC-AWD and has grip for days...
- 1983 Nissan/Datsun 280ZX 2+2 - My first sports car...

Couldn't begin to list ALL of the fun ones but my job lets me test out a lot of fun cars.

Off the top of my head:
SLS AMG
SL63 Black
C63 Black
R8 V10 & V8
Too many Porsches to count including fully race prepped GT3s and GT2s as well as one Carrera GT
ZR1
SRT10 Viper
Gallardo
Murcialago
458 Italia
Maserati GT Coupe
DBS
DB7 GT
V12 Vantage

plus a bunch more, and a good number of those were before I was 20

Well being only 19, here's my list:

13' FR-S (My car)
05' E46 M3 (Friend's car)
99' NB Miata (Friend's car)

I think the FR-S is the best because the M3 is really strong but it feels like a boat compared to my FR-S. The miata is a little too weak.

Ferrari 458 Italia (8 laps around a track @ Exotic driving experience)
Porsche 911 Carrera S (997) (same track as Ferrari above)
2008 Infiniti FX35 - That exhaust note never gets old
2013 Jaguar XKR convertible
2013 Subaru BRZ 6MT
2012 Mini Countryman S AWD 6MT
2010 Lexus IS250
97 Jeep Wrangler 5 speed - Scary over 45 mph, but still good fun
2007 Acura RL - pretty grippy thanks to its AWD
2006 Toyota Tundra V8 - V8 torque, nuff said
2010 Lexus ES350 - surprisingly fast in a straight line.

I've driven many other cars as well, but those are the most "fun ones" I've driven.

Hmm...

Starting with fun cars I've owned in the past (in order of appearance):

'90 300ZX NA - Was an auto, but was my first car. Did my first real "performance driving" in that car at various autocross events.

'93 300ZX Twin Turbo - First fast car I owned. She got up to 342 rwhp/380rwtq before I sold her. Had a solid 4 1/2 years with her. She got to see several annual Z meets, won me a regional Autocross trophy in 2006, and helped me enjoy one of my first track days.

'93 MR2 NA - Helped prove to me that slow cars could be just as much fun as the big power cars. Was setup as an E Stock autocross and once did fairly well at Nationals (in the hands of its previous owner, not me). Once got 11 MPG after flogging her all afternoon at a track day. Was an absolute blast.

'00 S2000 - First (and likely only) roadster I ever owned. Never had any interest in a convertible before the S2000, and always maintained that if they made it in a hardtop version, I would've bought that, but man... what a powerplant. Not the most power, but I'll never forget winding that thing out to 9000 RPM for the first time. Just fantastic.

'03 350Z - The Z33 and I had a short lived affair, but it was enjoyable. Power from any rev range, very easy to drive quickly (much more effortless than the S2000), and my oh my did it make a great noise with the intake on there.

'92 NSX - Hands down, best car I've ever owned. Predictable handling characteristics, great feedback through the manual rack, absolutely awe inspiring noise behind my ear, and absolutely gorgeous. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss the NSX.

'95 M3 - Talk about practical fun. Fantastically communicative chassis. I remember autocrossing the E36 M for the first time and thinking, "Wow, you can just place this thing with your right foot!" Not to mention the fact that after you were done flogging about, you could load up the trunk and go for a short road trip and be perfectly comfortable the entire way.

'05 330Ci ZHP - I throw this car in here only because it reminded of of a more refined, but less sharp, version of the E36 M. Also because I had a great mini road trip driving it from Philadelphia to Kansas City when I bought it.

'93 RX-7 Twin Turbo - Another car that I had a relatively short relationship with. While I could never get comfortable with the idea of a rotary under the hood (I constantly drove it thinking "please don't blow up, please don't blow up, please don't blow up," despite the motor only having 11k miles on it), and thus could never get fully confident in driving the car hard, I did enjoy the FD. It was like a slightly less responsive, but more powerful version of the S2000. Not to mention drop dead gorgeous.

'94 300ZX Twin Turbo - 480 rwhp, 495 rwtq. Not sure I need to say much else... Talk about highway monster.

'01 S2000 - See previous S2000 entry. I loved the S so much that I owned my Berlina Black '00 on two different occasions, and after selling it for a second time, I bought a New Formula Red S2000 just six months later.

'06 Z4M Coupe - This car was supposed to be my FR-S replacement. I had initially told myself I'd part ways with my S2000 to make room for a more practical, sensible car that I could drive everyday and feasibly take on trips. That was supposed to be the FR-S. However, power and "oooh something awesome and unique!" drove me to the Z4M. It's quick, it handles well, and it's a fantastic car to look at in person. I mean, just stunning. Something with the car doesn't quite click with me, though... couldn't even tell you what it is, to be honest. However, that's why once she sells, I'm on the hunt for an FR-S again...

Outside of those that I've owned, here's a quick list of cars I've driven that I do enjoy with minimal commentating.

'94 300ZX Twin Turbo (Brother's car. First TTZ I drove. It hooked me on power)

'94 RX-7 Twin Turbo (Coilovers, bolt ons, roughly 300 rwhp. Co-drove it at autocross once)

'04 RX-8 (Balance, balance, balance. The FR-S reminds me of this car a lot)

'91 MR2 Turbo (Reminded me of Darth Vader with the BOV right behind my head. Was a more twitchy, less confidence inspiring version of my MR2 with more power)

'99 Mazda Miata (Much less impressive to me because I drove my first S2000 *before* I drove my first Miata. Still a neat little car though)

'04 Subaru WRX (I put this one here because it's perceived as a "fun" car by many. It's not my cup of tea though... Understeery and filled with turbo lag)

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (Same as above, really. Never been able to get super excited about AWD cars I guess)

'02 BMW M3 (The "best of both worlds" car. Comfortable, practical, decent back seats and trunk, but goes like stink and has a fantastic engine. A bit heavy, though)

'01 Lotus Esprit V8 Twin Turbo (Only other exotic I've driven other than my NSX. Made a good noise, astonishing to look at, and you definitely feel like you're driving something special. Pedal pressures are incredibly awkward, though. Brake pedal is as light as a feather and the throttle is as heavy as a sledgehammer. Makes heel toeing annoyingly difficult)

C5 Z06 (in my best Clarkson voice... POWWWWWAAAHHHHH! Gave me a new respect for Corvettes. Interior is still atrocious, seats are absolutely useless, but it's got loads of grip and tons of power)

C6 Z06 (See above, but MORE MORE MORE! Seats a little better, interior a little better, both still garbage. Great car to look at as well, though)

Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T & 3.8 (The 2.0T was terrible. Slow, crap gearbox, too heavy, and lacked refinement. The 3.8 echoes all of that save the slow part, but it's not a bad GT car. Just wasn't the out and out sports car I was hoping for)

Toyota MR2 Spyder (Truth be told, a friend owns this and I have yet to drive it in anger, but it seems to be a bit like the poor man's Elise. I can tell right off the bat that it's super light, and should be a blast to drive hard)

2013 Scion FR-S (Proof that cars don't need loads of power to be fun. Great balance, predictable car to drive, and a halfway decent power plant, despite "only" 200 hp. When I finally got to drive one of these on an actual fun--read: twisty--road, I couldn't stop smiling. It's such a simple formula, but like Chris Harris put it... it's a smaller plate of expertly prepared flavors. There's a reason why I'm looking for one again, just 9 months after I bought my Z4M)

There are many others, but I'm surely boring some people by now, so I'll quit for now.
